I am not sure as to why the delays but we have seen delivery times from 3 days upto 3 weeks for first class mail.

We send out all shipments with private insurance, so your items are covered in case of damage or loss, but we can not file a claim until after 30 days from the delivery date has passed.

Please, if you have a problem with a tardy delivery, tell us. We are not sure what we can do but we will do whatever we can. We are sorry, but once the items are accepted by the USPS we can only wait and hope.

We take pride in packaging up all items securely and quickly and hope you understand we do the best we can.
